Multiple teams have requested the possibility of having public links so if they need to quickly share something in a client meeting they can, and there is no need to worry about the person sharing their screen having access. One of the examples was showing a dashboard during orals, but they didn't know what client team member would be using his computer.
The idea would be to have a time based access key to dashboards, like some banks have with ATMs if you don't have your debit card.
I am aware of the many security concerns with this, but wanted to log it as an idea because it has been brought up multiple times as a service desk ticket.
